- Shipping & Handling
OmniTone ships "best way," meaning we try to maximize speed
while minimizing costs.
We pride ourselves to offering hard-to-get items and so, while we make
every effort to get those items to you quickly, it sometimes takes
a little to get CDs from us than from one of the major Internet retailers.
Though you'll probably get your shipment sooner, please allow
the following timeframes to receive your order:
* 1-2 weeks for in-stock items (most ship
within 3-5 days)
* 2-3 weeks for backordered items
* 4-6 weeks for items marked "Special Order"
(If you'll notice, each CD page shows approximate delivery times.)
For domestic orders, we may "split-ship" your order, so you can have
available CDs faster. When we choose to do that, you will not pay any
extra shipping & handling charges.
For international orders, because of high shipping costs, we generally hold
your order until all items are available.
- United States (US)
Standard shipping & handling for the
United States is a flat-rate of $5.
- Canada
Standard shipping & handling for orders shipped to Canada is:
$8 plus
$1
for each CD.
- Mexico
Standard shipping & handling for orders shipped to Mexico is:
$11 plus
$1
for each CD.
- International (other than Canada and Mexico)
Standard shipping & handling for international orders is:
$12 plus $1
for each CD.
- Special shipping
If you have a favorite way to ship (or you have your a UPS
or FedEx number), we are happy to accommodate you. Just let
us know in the "Instructions or Comments?" portion of
the checkout page.
Special shipping charges will be added,
at cost, to base shipping & handling charges above.
- Payment
All orders must be prepaid. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express for payment. You may give us your credit
card number on our secure entry form, call or fax us with your credit
card information, or have us call you (continental US only).
Please note: We bill your credit
card only at
the time we ship and only for what we actually ship.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, you may
return it (no questions asked), and we will credit you the price
of the CDs (but not for the shipping & handling charges — sorry! ).
