Owens' duties will include working with US and international distributors and running OmniTone Visions, the label's program for emerging artists. He will work out of New York and Nice, France. "While this has been a challenging time for independent labels, OmniTone has continued to grow its roster of distributors and its catalogue," notes Frank Tafuri, president and founder of OmniTone Inc.
